Yet these dedicated competitors come back night after night, willing to lay down and lose every single time just so they are able to be part of the professional wrestling business. These jobbers don’t only work towards making their own careers, but they also help in the building of future stars. So next time you see a jobber, don’t yell at him, don’t tell him how much of a loser he is, or ask him who is going to beat him that night. Just say “thank you”, thank you jobbers, for making our Shawn Michaels, our Bret Harts, our Ricky Steamboats, because without the jobbers, these competitors would not have had such an enormous impact on the world of professional wrestling.
