- Mike Calloway 1984 saw Southeastern go through several changes as far as lead heels, managers, and even good guys. 1984 was also the year that Arn Anderson came into his own and Ron Fuller introduced the newly created Continental Heavyweight Championship to the area. As 1984 began the lead manager for Southeastern was Sonny King. King was no stranger to the fans as he had competed here before for Gulf Coast. Now any fan of Southeastern, or those that have been reading the articles here at Kayfabe Memories, realize that Ron Fuller and Bob Armstrong CAN NOT be on the same side of the fence, and this time was no different. Bob and Ron had reconciled their feud of 1983, only to see the reverse happen and during a Southeastern Tag Title match against Stubbs & Anderson, Ron turned heel on Bob rekindling their longtime feud once again.
