- Rich Palladino This month, I will focus upon the local talent that made an impact upon the roster and matches within Mario Savoldi's International Championship Wrestling and later throughout not only New England, but other parts of the wrestling world as well.Last month, I dedicated my column to the memory of my dear friend, "The Boston Bad Boy" Tony Rumble, who passed away unexpectedly in November of 1999. WWF Hall of Famer, Walter "Killer" Kowalski has turned out such graduates from his "Institute of Professional Wrestling" as multiple-WWF Champion, "The Game" Triple-H, "The Ninth Wonder of the World" Chyna, Perry Saturn of the Radicalz, Eliminator John Kronus and the WWF's Prince Albert. Others like Too Cool's Scott "Scotty Too Hotty" Taylor, former WCW competitor Rick Fuller and former WCW Tag Team, The Power Company and WWF-prospect, "Super Bad" Steve Bradley have all broken into this business in the New England area. At this time, I'd like to take a look (alphabetically) at some of the New England area stars of ICW and their accomplishments in the sport. More...
